This new and original programme takes a deep dive into one of the most important and under-recognised clinical realities in medicine today: that the conditions we most struggle to treat — endometriosis, adenomyosis, unexplained infertility, chronic illness (such as Lyme Disease, Epstein-Barr Virus, Long Covid), weight gain, fatigue — are not primarily structural or hormonal problems. They are driven by inflammation and infections.

Is the course in-person or online?
Toxic Heat is delivered entirely online, in 10 live weekly sessions of 90 minutes each. Sessions are scheduled at times that work for most practitioners in the UK, USA and Australia. All sessions are recorded and available to you for the full duration of the programme and for one month after the final session.
Is this course only suitable for practitioners who specialise in fertility?
No. While the course addresses the infectious and inflammatory roots of infertility, endometriosis and hormonal dysfunction, the framework is equally relevant for any practitioner treating chronic illness — including Lyme disease, CIRS, mould-related illness, autoimmune conditions and complex multi-system presentations. If you regularly see patients who are not responding as expected, this course is for you.
Can I take this course if I haven't done the Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture?
Yes, the course is a standalone course without any entry requirement. For those who have not yet done my Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture, this course will transform how you see your most complex cases, give you a diagnostic framework and testing toolkit you can begin using immediately, and show you how to build the referral relationships that allow you to serve patients that would otherwise remain stuck.
Should I take this course if I have already bought the Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture?
This course is also suitable both for those who have completed my Advanced Level Diploma in Fertility Acupuncture. For those with the Diploma, this course adds the deeper clinical layer — the infection and inflammatory roots that the Diploma’s reproductive immunology framework points toward but does not fully explore.
What level of TCM experience do I need to have?
This is a TCM course so you will need to have a good understanding of TCM to understand it and implement what I teach. That said, the course is suitable for new TCM graduates as well as seasoned experts.
