Being an acupuncturist or any other self-employed healthcare professional can be a lonely business. Most of us work alone and there are not enough opportunities for live human-to-human peer-support for practitioners.
Our Mastermind Groups are a close-knit cohort of practitioners who know each other, support each other, challenge each other and hold each other to account. They provide the motivation to raise each other's sights beyond the day-to-day running of a practice, set real goals for personal and business growth and support each other in achieving them.
Naava Carman has been running Fertility Support Training Mastermind Groups since 2019. The alumni of these groups have redefined how they work as practitioners and achieved huge personal growth and business success.
What is the Mastermind process?
The Mastermind process is not like formal teaching and there are no right or wrong answers. The idea is to challenge and support you with exercises, discussions and inspirational materials, which you can take away and use to build your practice. However, being part of a Fertility Support Training Mastermind Group also gives you access to Naava Carman (Rising Stars and Expert groups) or Tracy Dyson (Foundations for Growth group) as clinical and business mentors to help you answer questions you may come across.

Which Mastermind Group is right for you?
Foundations for Growth
The Foundations for Growth Mastermind is for practitioners who are just starting, still getting established, or are struggling to grow. Led by Tracy Dyson, the syllabus covers both business skills and clinical skills and the group will act as a sounding board for business development and complex cases.Â
Rising Stars
For five years the Rising Stars Mastermind helped practitioners move from "getting by" to sustainable growth and abundance. In 2025 it is being relaunched as a 2 year programme - the Rising Stars Mentorship. Led by Naava Carman, the Rising Stars curriculum will be split into two halves to provide more time and support for implementing the Rising Stars curriculum.
Experts
The Experts Mastermind is for practitioners who have completed the Rising Stars Mastermind programme or a similar process of personal and business development and are looking for mentoring from Naava and peer support as they implement their plans for expansion, passive income and everything else up to world domination!

Having been through the Mastermind process myself, I am so excited about helping other practitioners grow and thrive. When I joined Naava's Rising Stars Mastermind, my fertility acupuncture practice was doing ok, but it wasnât growing in the way I wanted.
