Fertility Support Conference Terms and Conditions

IN ADDITION TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ALL OF THE APPLICABLE STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT AT www.fertilitysupport.training/terms-and-conditions APPLY TO YOUR PURCHASE OF A TICKET FOR THIS CONFERENCE, BOTH IN-PERSON AND ONLINE.

 

1. About us

1.1 Company details. Fertility Support Education LLP (company number OC436428) (we and us) is a company registered in England and Wales and our registered office is at Staple House, 5 Eleanor's Cross, Dunstable, Bedfordshire, United Kingdom, LU6 1SU. We operate the websites http://fertilitysupport.expert and  http://fertilitysupport.training.

2. A respectful place for everyone

2.1 We welcome respectful questioning and debate at this conference and you agree that you will not say or publish anything:

(a) that is threatening, libellous, defamatory or obscene; or

(b) that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third parties (including the conference organisers, speakers, participants and venue); or

(c) contains false or misleading information about the conference, its organisers, speakers, participants or the venue.

2.2 Should you breach the obligations above we may, at our sole discretion, refuse you entry to the conference and related events, refuse you access to the conference recordings, and/or require you to leave the conference. In such circumstances no refund will be provided.

2.3 You may not make an audio or video recording of any of the conference sessions in any form. If you are found to be doing so you may, at our sole discretion, be asked to leave the conference, or refused access to online recordings. In such circumstances no refund will be provided.

 

3. Each speaker represents themselves

3.1 We do not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, downloaded or distributed at the conference. You acknowledge that any reliance which you place upon any advice, statement, opinion, memorandum or information shall be at your sole option, liability and risk.

3.2 You agree and undertake to indemnify Fertility Support Education LLP and hold us harmless from and against any liability, claim, action, demand, cost, loss, damage or expense including but not limited to court costs, including those from third parties or liabilities of any kind howsoever suffered, arising or incurred among others during and/or after the conference as a consequence of:

(a) any unauthorised use of website material or contents, in any manner, whatsoever, whether by negligence or wilful misconduct (either express or implied); or

(b) any infringement or improper use of any intellectual property rights arising from the use or misuse of any intellectual property owned by Us or any third party; or

(c) any loss or damage which you cause at the Conference.

 

4. Respecting intellectual property rights

4.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any of the conference material, including the online events, materials, logos, graphics and any platform (whether delivered face to face or online) remains vested in Fertility Support Education LLP or the content creator (whether that is us or a third party).

4.2 Any copying, reproduction, distribution, republishing, downloading, reposting, or transmitting in any form or by any means, including but, not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying recording or otherwise, of any conference material is strictly prohibited.

 

5. Events outside of our control

5.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the conference, the identity of the speaker, the date, the venue, or the benefits offered to ticket holders, including VIP ticket holders.

5.2 In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, we will refund your ticket price (except in the circumstances set out below), but we will not be liable to you for any other costs or losses, whether direct or indirect.

5.3 Should we be unable to perform any obligations under these terms due to causes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, epidemic or pandemic, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue, we will not be liable to you for this.

 

6. Tickets are non-refundable

6.1 Tickets are non-refundable. If you have an in-person ticket but cannot make it to the event on the day, for whatever reason, then we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your ticket to another person to attend in your place. For this to happen you must send us the name of the person in writing prior to the conference and have received an acknowledgment from us of the change.

6.2 Tickets for online access are non-refundable and non-transferable

 

7. Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of England and it is agreed that the courts of competent jurisdiction shall be the English Courts.
